Next Generation

TECHNOLOGY

Customizable to Any Applications

Our hydrogen fuel is a next-generation, customizable, hydrogen-based fuel that replaces and outperforms fossil fuels (i.e. oil, natural gas, and coal), conventional hydrogen and renewables as a primary source of energy for combustion processes, transforming any thermal or electric operation into a more efficient, clean-burning system that saves money—and the environment.

Higher Specific Gravity and Greater Calorific Content

Our electrolyser and ancillary systems create hydrogen compounds with higher specific gravity and greater calorific content, on a volumetric basis, than the H2 produced by conventional electrolysers.

Higher Density and Higher Energy Content

This higher density and higher energy content by volume makes our hydrogen fuel an ideal replacement for fossil fuels in any existing applications.

How is our Process more Superior to Standard Electrolysis?

  • lower energy consumption
  • adjustable specific gravity / calorific value on a volumetric basis
  • 5 x less electricity needed 10.8 x less water needed

World Accredited Laboratories

Our technology and fuel system data has also been reviewed and validated by :

  • Sargent & Lundy
  • Intertek

Modular and Flexible and Efficient Space Requirement

  • Modules can be combined and customized to supply as much fuel as required to any size application
  • Space Efficient – Example a 5MW Power Plant (including Gas Turbine) only requires 2500 m2

Safety, Codes and Standards

  • Certified by the highest international standards
  • Do not store the fuel on site
  • Hydrogen fuel produced on demand at no more than 3 psi
  • Storage Tank – Stabilized and operates at no more than 100 psi

The codes and standards that are used for our Generations System and Industrial Integration Design are as referenced below (but not limited to the following):

  • NFPA 2 – Hydrogen Technologies Code
  • NFPA 55 – Compressed Gases and Cryogenic Fluids Code
  • CGA 5 – Hydrogen
  • ISO 14687-1:1999 – Hydrogen Fuel
  • ISO/TR 15916:2015 – Basic Considerations for the Safety of Hydrogen Systems NFPA 69 – Standard on Explosion Prevention System
  • CGA G 5.6 – Hydrogen Pipeline Systems
